How do sarms work

SARMS are therapeutic compounds that have anabolic effect with low androgenic properties. They have great androgen receptor specificity, tissue selectivity and they lack steroid like side effects making them the best choice. SARMs provide therapeutic opportunities which include treatment of wounds after burns, cancer, or end-stage renal disease, osteoporosis, frailty, and hypogonadism. They stimulate androgen receptors in muscles and bones. They bind to your cells' androgen receptors. They work through androgen action on skeletal muscles and the bone progenitor cells causing increased cell division and cell hypertrophy where the signals and compounds involved in muscle and bone growth are activated and bone without effect on other body tissues. They cause increased alkaline phosphatase activity and androgen receptor (AR) transcriptional activity in muscle and osteoblastic cell lines in the same manner as the natural androgen ligand dihydrotestosterone (DHT) causing bone and muscle hypertrophy.

SARMS have little effects on the liver and blood pressure. This eliminates the need for preloading and on-cycle support supplements. They also have lower estrogen related side effects and water retention capabilities. They have similar effects to testosterone and have no need for conversion to Estrogen or Dihydrotestosterone. Also they are all taken orally hence no injectables needed. Other benefits include improved strength, anabolic even at low doses, joint healing abilities fat loss, improved libido and sexual function, increased wellbeing and overall well being.

Types of SARMS include Ostarine MK-2866, LGD-4033, Enobosarm, BMS-564, 929, RAD 140, Andarine, YK-11, Acetothiolutamide, S-40503 and JNJ-28330835. The SARMS side effects especially when taken at high doses include acne, baldness, excess body hair growth, gynecomastia, high blood pressure, liver toxicity, suppression of natural testosterone and blurred vision. These side effects are experienced when high doses are used and when the drugs are used for long period hence moderate and short-term users experience few side effects.
